Products
We start with freshly ground almonds. Then we zest and juice our Central Coast lemons by hand. Next, we combine these with nutritional yeast, grapeseed oil and Braggs® Liquid Aminos. We finish with freshly minced Gilroy garlic and seasonings crafted for each of our savory sauces.

ABOUT AWESOME SAUCE
Our product has a 14 day refrigerated shelf life.
We sell our sauces in 8 ounce tubs. All 3 flavors boast only 50 calories per serving.
We produce and store our sauces at San Jose Kitchen Rental. SJKR is not a gluten-free facility. However, all our processing equipment is our own and we do not process any gluten ingredients or products with it. We make every effort to clean our area so that we have no cross-contamination. Our product contains nut products. It is important to us that our customers are fully informed, so if you have any questions, please contact us.

ABOUT US
We have launched this company to marry our passions for people and wholesome, delicious foods.
Pat has a resume which includes 20+ years as a pastor and another 20 years in sales. Mary worked for 20+ years as a volunteer for the same ministry. She has spent over 39 years as a domestic engineer and full time mother.
When Mary experienced a health crisis requiring a low oil diet, she began changing a well known vegan recipe into what is now our line of Awesome Sauces. The recipe has evolved dramatically since that time 2 years ago. Although most of the oil has gone away… none of the delicious taste or nutrition has disappeared!
